The only way we will refunds or exchanges is if an error was done on our end. This includes the item being defective or broken. As long as you let us know within 3 days after delivery. Refunds will be sent to the original source of payment.
Please make sure to give us the correct information when you place the order to avoid any mistakes in the item(s). Also, keep in mind that colors may look a bit different in person due to monitor variations.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You can contact your bank and credit card company to check for pending transactions.
Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived yet and it's within the 2-4 week window, please be patient. We state 2-4 weeks for a reason but it is on its way. If it has not arrived40 dayssince you placed your order, let us know. We can either issue you a refund or offer to send a replacement out.Do not file a dispute with your bank or PayPal.Just get in touch with us first and we can help you with your order.
